The proceeds from the roaring 20’s Casino Night will directly contribute to the first stage of the renovation of the historic Gaston House property. This cherished landmark, dating back to the early 1900s, is set to be transformed into a beloved gathering spot for the Justin community and beyond.

Stage One of Renovation Includes:

  • Property Grading: Laying the foundation for a beautiful and functional space.

  • Landscaping, Turf, and Sod: Creating lush, inviting green spaces.

  • Covered Pavilion: A versatile venue for events and community activities.

  • Working Windmill: A nod to the property’s history, adding charm and character.

  • Fencing and Decorative Entry: Enhancing both security and aesthetic appeal.
