Good morning, Justin!

Happy September, Justin! Football is back, the air is trying to get crisp, and the leaves… well, in Texas, they do what they want.

As we move into the season, we also take a moment on September 11 to remember the lives lost and honor the spirit of unity and resilience that continues to guide communities like ours here in Justin.

And speaking of doing their own thing—two lucky tickets, one sold in Missouri and one in Texas, matched all six numbers in last Saturday’s Powerball drawing, splitting a staggering $1.787 billion jackpot—the second-largest in U.S. history.

Texas also had extra reason to celebrate, with additional million-dollar winners in Terrell and Fredericksburg. Imagine hitting that jackpot while tailgating at a Friday night game—only in Texas!

Stay tuned for local news, hometown happenings, and ways to enjoy this September.
